Purchasing Tips
- Specific gravity. The diameter of the steel wire rope is the same, and the heavier the specific gravity, the better the quality of the steel wire rope;
- Wire rope core. The stronger and heavier the core of the steel wire rope, the better the support for the outer layer of the steel wire rope, and the better the quality of the steel wire rope;
- Materials. The material is steel grade and strength. The higher the steel grade, the better the quality of the steel wire rope with higher strength;
- After cutting open the rope, the slightly loose quality is better, and the quality of steel wire ropes with relatively long twist lengths is better than those with short twist lengths;
- The anti-corrosion ability of 316 stainless steel wire rope is stronger than that of 306 stainless steel wire rope. 306 has stronger anti-corrosion ability than hot-dip galvanized wire rope, and hot-dip galvanized wire rope has better quality than electroplated galvanized wire rope; Nylon coated steel wire rope has stronger quality than PE coated steel wire rope, PE coated steel wire rope has better quality than PVC coated steel wire rope, and coated steel wire rope has stronger anti-corrosion ability than galvanized steel wire rope.
